# how i work

Most of my 2026 code was written by AI coding agents (Claude Code) that I direct. I write the spec, make the architecture calls, build the harness that measures the result, and review every change before it ships. GoBox I wrote by hand, with a day-by-day diary.

Almost everything I build comes with a tool that measures it: an eval set for the AI, a replay harness for the motion detector, an audit of my own data pipeline. Most of the numbers on this site come from those tools.
